The 45th edition of the Westfield Health British Transplant Games took place over the summer of 2023 in Coventry!
Coventry was the UK’s City of Culture in 2021/2022 and was selected as the host city for the Commonwealth Games in 2022 making it the ideal setting to host the games in 2023.
We had over 1000 adult and child competitors this year including our first ever child live donor and over 1500 registered supporters across the event making it a huge success.
The 24 sports that are held throughout the games were hosted across different venues in the city, which would not be possible without the 200+ volunteers, key partners and sponsors who made the games a possibility. Thank to all of you!
The Annual Donor Run was held at The War Memorial Park with over 2000 entries it was the biggest Donor Run of all the games so far which was a great way to promote Organ Donation!
