£10We’re delighted to announce that the Nottingham Team are again hosting the annual Volleyball Tournament.
The Tournament will take place on Saturday November 16 at The Sports Hall, Vision West Nottinghamshire College, Derby Road, Mansfield NG18 5BH.
Time: 09:30 – 17:00
Competitors must be aged 15+.
If you require hotel accommodation, rooms are available at the Holiday Inn South Normanton Carter Lane E South Normanton Alfreton DE55 2EH. Rooms for 2 sharing, B&B cost £79. Tel: 01773 812000 – please make arrangements yourself.
Simon Elmore has arranged a hot buffet meal & disco at the Hotel from approx. 7pm – 12pm on the Saturday night. The cost of the Evening Event is £22pp payable no later than 1st November 2019 please (we need to confirm numbers)

Medical Form & Waiver
If you competed in the BTG or WTG this year, your medical form is valid. Please email a copy to the Transplant Sport Office.
If you did not compete in either of those events, please download and complete our medical form. This must be signed and stamped by your Transplant Consultant / Hospital. Please email a copy to the Transplant Sport Office.
All competitors must complete a Waiver form. Please email a copy to the Transplant Sport Office.
