TS Swimming Spectator Form

Transplant Sport are delivering a Swimming Day on 27th March at Radley College, Kennington Rd, Radley, Abingdon OX14 2HR. 

Spectators will be able to watch participant from the side of the pool.

Registration opens at 9:00am with the session starting at 10:30.

Schedule:

9.00 to 10.30am: Registration & Lateral flow testing

10.30am to 12.30pm: Swimming training session

12.30 to 2.00pm: Lunch (bring your own)

2.00 to 3.00pm: Land training

Spectator places are limited to one spectator per participant and are also required to wear a face mask when inside, unless exempt.Covid-19 Measures

For the safety and well being of all attending, please follow the Covid-19 requirements that have been put in place:

1. Participants 14+ only (Age >14).
2. ALL participants and supporters will need to be fully vaccinated to their designated level and produce a copy of their vaccine passport downloaded from the NHS app at registration of each event.
3. ALL participants and supporters will need to provide a negative COVID Lateral Flow Test on Saturday 26th March, documented on the NHS App.
4. ALL participants and supporters will need to have a lateral flow test at registration on the day of the event.
