Transplant Sport Volleyball Tournament 2021

We are excited to announce the return of the Volleyball Tournament hosted in Mansfield.

The Tournament will take place on Saturday 13 November at Vision West Nottinghamshire College, Derby Road, Mansfield NG18 5BH. Teams for this event will be assigned from the entries received.

Registration opens at 09:00 am, where you will show the results of your PCR test and take a lateral flow test.

The tournament times at 11:00 – 17:00

Competitors must be aged 16 or older.

Covid-19 Measures

For the safety and well being of all attending, please follow the Covid-19 requirements that have been put in place:

1. Adult only (Age >18) Participants and Supporters.
2. ALL participants and supporters will need to have received two doses of a COVID 19 vaccine, and produce a copy of their vaccine passport downloaded from the NHS app at registration of each event.
3. ALL participants and supporters will need to undertake a COVID PCR test within 48-72 hours of the event and present the text or email result of a negative test on the day of the event.
4. ALL participants and supporters will need to have a lateral flow test at registration on the day of the event.

Registration

To register to take part in the Volleyball tournament, please complete registration form below. Payments can be made through PayPal or entering your Credit/ Debit card details when submitting your registration form.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome at the event. they need to be over the age of 18 and will need to complete a PCR test 72 hours before the event and a Lateral Flow Test on the morning of the event. Spectators will need to register here to attend the event.

Medical Form

To take part you will need to be a member of Transplant Sport, if you are not a member you can Join at the top of this page and complete the medical form in ‘My Account’

If you are a member, you need to login through the Member Login and complete the medical form in the ‘My Account’ section of the website.

By completing the medical from you confirm that it is completed with accurate information.

Should it be found that you have used false information Transplant Sport, its Trustees and MLS cannot be held liable, and you, the individual will be deemed to have not taken the steps necessary to ensure you were fit to participate.
