The 5 Nations Golf Tournament will take place on Saturday April 6, with a singles Stableford Competition taking place on Friday April 5.
Who can participate?
The TS 5 Nations Golf Tournament is open to all transplant recipients, with a valid handicap, age 16 and over. Supporters / non transplant recipients may participate in a Supporters Stableford Competition on Saturday April 6. All Players will have to play with their current handicap at time of competition.
Everyone will have free use of the pool and Gym at Deer Park on the 5th and 6th April.
Teams will be drawn by lot on Friday April 5, after the Stableford Competition.
How much does it cost?
Full costs are detailed on the registration form (link on right of page). We are offering a number of packages that include 2 nights accommodation (B&B), golf, meal, additional activities (ten pin bowling), or just the activities themselves.
Accommodation
Accommodation packages are available for the Livingston Premier Inn (next to the golf course) – but on a first come first serve basis and must be booked through TSUK not Premier Inn – check registration form for details.

Other activities
There is the opportunity to take part in 2 games of ten pin bowling on the Saturday evening. This is open to both golfers and supporters and is included in the full package option on the registration form, or you can select as an event to participate in if you are booking your own accommodation.
How to pay
Once you have registered for the event, you will be emailed by office@transplantsport.org.uk to confirm your registration and give you details on how to pay (cheque or bank transfer).
If booking accommodation, all monies to be paid to TSUK by 24th February.
If no accommodation, all monies to be paid to TSUK by 3rd March.
Medical form & waiver
A medical form and waiver is required by each transplantee participating in the tournament. Forms can be downloaded via the links on the right and required by March 15 for sign off.
