TS Racquets Tournament

The Transplant Sport Racquets Tournament will take place on Saturday 26th March 2022, hosted at Radley College in Oxfordshire.

This year the tournament includes:

• Badminton doubles – 13:00 – 17:00 (Sports Hall, Radley)
• Squash – 11:00- 15:00  (Squash Courts Radley)
• Table tennis singles – 11:00-17:00 (if required and possibly Doubles if sufficient interest   Squash Courts 3-5  Radley)
• Tennis Singles – 12:00-17:00  (White Horse Tennis Centre , 1 mile from Radley)

Please select ONE event to take part in.

• Registration will be from 10am.
• All competitors participating must be aged 14+, have had an organ transplant.
• All types of transplant recipient eligible for BTG will be able to compete.

Competitor fee is £25. Registration cannot be accepted without payment.

A Coffee and Cake stand will be available but attendees need to bring their own lunch.

MEDICAL FORM

To take part you will need to be a member of Transplant Sport, if you are not a member you can Join at the top of this page and complete the medical form in ‘My Account’

If you are a member, you need to login through the Member Login and complete the medical form in the ‘My Account’ section of the website.

By completing the medical from you confirm that it is completed with accurate information.

Should it be found that you have used false information Transplant Sport, its Trustees and MLS cannot be held liable, and you, the individual will be deemed to have not taken the steps necessary to ensure you were fit to participate.

All competitors must submit an online  medical form by Monday 7th March.

All attendees are required to be fully vaccinated and provide a negative COVID Lateral Flow Test on Friday 25th March, documented on the NHS App, a Lateral Flow Test will also be performed on arrival on Saturday 26th March.
