TS Football Tournament 2020 – 6 a side
Sunday 29th March, 9.00am – first kick-off @ 11.00am
Solihull Moors Football Club. SportNation.bet Stadium. Damson Parkway, Solihull, West Midlands. B92 9EJ.
Following a successful second Transplant Sport National Football competition in 2019, we have decided to run this event again. This Transplant Sport satellite event is designed for transplant recipients who play football. Football is the national game and we know that many transplant recipients play regular football safely and we would like to promote football within the transplant community. We are also aware that many transplant football players have never been to a Transplant Sport event and we would like to encourage them to participate in the future. Hospital or regional teams will be put together according to number of participants. If you wish to play for a specific team please enter this during registration. Maximum number of entrants per team is 11 players, minimum of 8. This year selection for the Team GB&NI squad for the upcoming Transplant World Cup will happen on the day. Registration closes 15th March.
Who can participate?
This event is open to transplant recipients aged 16 and over.
Timings on the day.

NOTE: This must be the email address you used to sign up to Transplant Sport in the first instance. Please use this link to reset your password: https://transplantsport.org.uk/my-account/lost-password/
If you are new to this you simply need to join. From ‘My Account’ click on Medical Form, and complete the information about your medication and transplant. When it comes to the consultant drop down box please select Paul.firstname.lastname@example.org. All medical forms will then be sent direct to Paul who is going to sign them off for you to participate. If there is a problem we can get in touch with you. Please note this is different to previous years where each participant had individually got there unit to sign their medical forms. This isn’t necessary. No paper forms will be accepted on the day. This must be done in advance online. If you have any problems please email the TS office.
