Transplant Sport UK Limited Company with charitable status (Registered Charity No: 1127314 Company No. 6769099) with an appointed Board of Directors / Trustees and an elected Management Committee.
The Directors meet annually to discuss and ratify proposals put forward by the Management Committee.
The elections to the Management Committee take place each year in advance of the Annual General Meeting which is held during the British Transplant Games. All paid up members of the Association are eligible to be proposed and seconded for nomination by other members. The term of office is 3 years.
The Management Committee meets twice a year to discuss past and future events, proposals for change, new ideas and the day to day running of the organisation.
