As the current Team Manager for Team GB, I can confirm we will continue with selection for Dresden WTG2025, with the sports captains advising, using selection criteria, looking at times, distances and performances demonstrated at BTG, European Games and mainstream competition. As previously, we are asking you, the Team Managers, to help by forwarding the selection letters to your selected athletes. I hope to have these to you by the end of August. Thank you to those who have already sent through your nominations, including those with potential. After you have sent the selection letters out, we wish to be inclusive, therefore if anyone is interested in knowing more about joining Team GB, please ask them to contact me lynne.holt@icloud.com for more information. All athletes who register for Dresden WTG2025 will need to follow current guidelines used for all international transplant sporting events- being fit to compete in chosen sport, regularly practicing/training in chosen sport and attending at least one GB training meet.
